Introducing our Solution Development Approach

Discover

First we will review your brief and understand your business model to determine its viability and scalability in the market. We will develop a robust Business and/or Product Requirement document, Solution Architecture, Technical Specification Document for future reference.

Build

Here we will create an Agile project plan to guide our build and ensure we track weekly. We have mastered the science of delivering complex projects in an Agile modular manner that gives room for iterations. We can either build as a turn-key project or provide outsourced talents that can oversee the build from start to finish.

Deploy

We will develop a roll-out plan and conduct our Quality assurance test after which we will prepare the system for launch. We will run a 3-months pilot to test the new product and optimize until we get the best user experience. We will hand over to the internal team and provide support with resources if needed.
